We currently deliver exclusively within the Netherlands.

Packaging
All wines are carefully packaged in reinforced cardboard boxes designed for safe transport. Each bottle is individually protected to prevent breakage during shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Returns
- 14-day return policy from the date of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in original, undamaged condition
- Contact us to arrange a return before sending anything back
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
